I'm Not Surprised at All that Arkansas lost to an 0-2 Mountain West Team.

I'm not surprised in the very least that Arkansas managed to give away an 18 point third quarter lead to Mountain West Conference members Colorado State. Arkansas has proven over the past few years that unless their opponent is actively sabotaging themselves, they probably aren't going to win. This is how the Razorbacks operate.

Colorado State really did not give a fuck about Arkansas at all. They spent most of the day being the kind of offensive team that Arkansas is trying to become, and left the Razorbacks with their dicks in the dirt. They played with a real chip on their shoulder and kudos to them for pulling out a gritty comeback.

But DANG Arkansas. This is not a good look for us. Every other team in the conference is playing against much better opponents and fairing much better. Through two weeks Alabama has beat Louisville, LSU rocked Miami, Ole Miss dunked on Texas Tech, Auburn beat Washington, and A&M was able to at least keep it close against Clemson. Meanwhile, Arkansas can't keep a lead against dang ol' Colorado State. a

Arkansas is never going to be able run with wolves when they can't even play with the puppies. It's going to a long season folks!
